How do I book a rental?

We offer a range of solutions designed to meet your needs—whether you're just getting started or scaling something bigger. Everything is tailored to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, and spring/fall event seasons. Last-minute bookings are welcome whenever inventory is available. Minimum 2 week notice is required.
What areas do you serve?

River City Events TX proudly serves San Antonio and surrounding communities.
Delivery is included on orders $150+ within our standard service area. Events outside that area may incur a travel fee.
Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due before your event.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as other secure electronic payment methods listed on your invoice.
